Phase 2 – Re-Opening Marin with New Shelter-Order-In-Place effective May 18

A Stay At Home Order is currently still in effect in Marin, until further notice to help contain the spread of COVID-19, however a new order effective today will ease some restrictions.

Phase 2 will allow retail and some manufacturing, as well as other businesses to partially open allowing for curbside pickup, however it is advised to try calling or checking online first to make sure they are open.

All businesses are required to have a safety plan in place and visible to customers. Construction and other outdoor businesses will continue to be allowed along with some outdoor activities. Also effective today, parking restrictions have been eased for some parks, campgrounds and open spaces to allow for motorized access.
