Applied Financial Services, Inc. is a woman-owned bookkeeping and *accounting services firm, with a strong dedication to serving both nonprofit and business clients. Roxanne Albin founded Applied Financial Services after working in the financial services industry for over twenty years. She wanted to focus on a four-pronged mission: provide quality, customized, financial management services to her clients, invest in her employees, facilitate financial training, and give back to the community. Roxanne’s expertise includes: nonprofit organizations, strategic business planning, sales, asset management, and team building. By launching Applied Financial Services, Inc. she is able to combine her education (MBA in Global Management), financial services experience, and passion for supporting her community.

We are committed to taking away the administrative burden of financial record keeping and providing the clear, organized, information you need, enabling you to make informed financial decisions. We are skilled at analyzing and showing you the big picture, as well as the details to support it.

Roxanne and her team stay current on the latest bookkeeping, software and financial issues that may affect nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses. We routinely participate in continuing education and professional organizations.

Mission Statement

To provide financial services & bookkeeping to small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals that are perceived as professional, valuable, knowledgeable, and reliable with staff that is friendly, patient, trustworthy, well-trained, attentive, and efficient. We want our clients to feel well-supported with our services and contribute to their success.

We understand there are numerous providers offering business management, financial services, and bookkeeping services. Our distinction is to provide consistent, reliable, well-trained, patient and compassionate services with staff that provide quality support to the client, which are: for-profits, non-profits, or individuals. Should the client desire to be involved and understand how to better take care of their finances, we will encourage participation.

Our contribution is to provide high-quality service to the client in their various financial affairs at a moderately priced retainer rate, based on the client’s monthly needs. We will collaborate with other contacts the client may have (i.e. tax preparers, CPA’s, personal bankers, etc.) Our goal is to take the pressure off the client. Our services are tailored to the client’s individual needs. We are not a “one-size-fits-all” package provider.

Treating customers with integrity, patience, and understanding is a priority at Applied Financial Services.
